No it isn't Favre. He didn't do great the first preseason game but he did dominate the second one agains the lowly Seahawks.
You really can't base a qb rating on preseason especially when most qbs maybe play a quarter or a little more. So there could be more runs than passes. If you pass 5 times and make 5 completions of course it will be high...duh It means nothing in preseason

nobody has a rating that high after two games, Bears QB Brian Greise has the highest rating after 2 games, Brady Quinn's rating is higher but he only played 1 game.
