i need to know the differences between coral and fish by tonight or right now

A coral is an organism that generally forms the colony. It is an anthozoan, belonging to the phylum Coelenterata.They are invertebrates.They secrete a skeleton of calcium carbonate. They are marine.
A true fish is a vertebrate. Fishes live in fresh water and in sea water.
If you have by chance jelly fish in mind, then it is also a coelenterate belonging to the class scyphozoa.

A coral is an animal like a fish; however, it is in the class Anthozoa where as fish are a paraphyletic group. If you want to find out more about coral and fish, I would suggest you wikipedia it. There are a lot of characteristics that differ between them. It just depends what you are looking to compare. For instance, they're both eukaryotic and classified as "animals".
