Never got a headache from KFC....I only eat it 5 to 7 times a year.

No, I do not get a headache from eating KFC chicken. Sorry to hear that you might be allergic to something in their food.

I ALWAYS get migraines as soon as I eat KFC Chicken. I really think it s something in their "spices".
I haven t eaten KFC in YEARS and tried it once again today, and then BOOM!... an aching headache/migraine.
This does NOT happen when I eat Church s, or Popeyes or even the supermarket chicken.
It is ONLY with KFC.

Yes. Im not a migraine sufferer. Im not allergic to MSG. I eat a wide verity of very unhealthy foods. Nothing does this to me but KFC. I get this nasty headache that saps my energy, makes my stomach upset and gives me muscle aches. I bet it is from a combo of all the GMOs, bad oils and salts. But it is strange an im glad im not the only one.

Yes,I do get a headache,and I will NEVER UNDERSTAND for the life of me WHY they changed their oil that they cooked that chicken in! The new oils are so gross and the chicken tastes just plain nasty! Oh well,there is always Wendy's who has better chicken anyway! ;-)

yes i do, it is from the MSG and also sodium nitrates that a lot of prepared foods use to keep fresh longer. Bad ingredients for a migraine sufferer.

when ever i eat KFC i get sick to my stomich a head ace its never made me puke but iv felt close ( we had it for dinner and i feel like crap)
