Have you been reading "Old Man's War"??? I don't think that we will be quite that advanced within the next century unless we have a little "help" from friends.

I don't think we'll ever be that far advanced. We're put on this earth to fulfill a purpose and then we'll die. We may slow the process down somewhat, and make the last part of our lives more comfortable, but immortality is pretty much out of the question.
