it meddles to much into it. they wste time making new laws when we already have laws that cover those things. they try to make a solution fit everything. BAN all of the (insert your own vice here) and then claim it is for our own good like a parent

Our government is mostly made up of hard working, capable people who have careers they spend lifetimes doing. There is nothing wrong with most of our government.
Our problem is that our politicians, especially a particular party, have not done their job we hired them for. We pay our politicians, a questionable grouping of human beings, way too much and that doesn’t seem to be nearly enough. The job of work our politicians deliver is an insult to the majority of what composes our government, the men and women who do the work.
Most of our government is the guy, woman, soldier down the street from you. They do their job, earn the money we pay them and don’t have much to do with a bunch of talentless, incompetent politicians we over pay to do…god knows what!
Our government is our people. I support our government completely.
I’m not sure just what politicians are but you can be damned sure…THEY are not our government. They do not represent our people and they are not us. It should be said that we have some decent people in politics; they are just a very small minority. I hope the Dems have some idea just how difficult it is going to be to clean up the mess the party of god has left them.
