It depends on what you want to study. Boston, Ma has a variety of colleges.
My adult son told that in Philadelphia most of the young ladies are pretty.
You should travel around to see for yourself.

you wan to live in traverse city michigan. or near or around there. its the nicies place to live in the world. year round it has changes and its cool there and nice summers this year has been a mess but its a good place to live. you could live in glen arbor, maple city, empire, glen arbor lake ann bear lake or anywhere around the great lakes its in the snow belt but they keep the main roads all clear. i think you would love it.
