im just looking for some quick morning exercise,anything quick and effictive

K Okay, you must realize you're in the wrong place to ask this, but if you're looking to do something to make your heart race a little and feel a little strength coming on, do at least 3 sets, 30 reps minimum each of the following before heading out: push-ups, crunches (at least 50 per set) squats with weights (at least 40% of your weight). Would be great if you can include a quick 10 minute run down the street. It'll wake you up, keep you going. I do this when I'm in a hurry, works pretty good for me...!

And Steve, tell me why your question is located in the "real estate section"? Try treadmill for 15 min, cross bow for 20 mins and go to work
