Note to self: MAP is ok with lying to congress, to the entire United States, and to his wife and family. Note: Map has zero values in life.

Obviously he does have brass stones, and they have served him well. It's interesting that even during the height of the Lewinsky scandal his approval rating never got as close to being as low as George Bush's. The truth is that every one but those who always hated the Clintons have forgiven him for the most part. Bush making a mess the last six+ years has also made the comparison between the two of them hugely in Clinton's favor. The rest of the world loves the guy to death. They've never really understood the peculiar tendencies of the United States to sexualize everything and anything and then cry foul about adultery. They look at us and say what a bunch of hypocrites.

There are millions of folks who can actually look at what the guy did while in office and separate that from his impeachment over lying about a b.j. Especially when they are looking back with fondness at the relative (compared to now) peace and prosperity of the Clinton Era. Obviously, you aren't one of them, and it's your right to feel any way you please about it of course.

Sorry, but Map is right (correct)! The rest of the world was laughing...not at Clinton, but the people like Kennith Starr, who made such a big deal out of it. *sm*

He's not the first nor the last person to make a jerk out of himself. Life goes on and is to short to worry about mistakes in the past.

Life is too short to be ashamed to live your life the way you want. You should respect him for putting it behind him.

During the height of the Lewinsky scandal Nelson Mandela spoke out in favor of Clinton. I'll take his opinion over yours any day. You are the kind of person the world was laughing at. They couldn't understand why the right was making such a big deal out of what they considered a minor indiscretion.

RESPONSE - note to noone. My previous answer should have made it obvious, even to a dim bulb like you, that your opinion means nothing to me. The point of your question, in case you forgot, was that Clinton embarrassed himself in front of the world. I merely pointed out that you don't know what the f_ck you're talking about.
BTW, show me where I said I approve of a president committing perjury.
Note. Noone is a liar.

Some people are not bothered by what they do, regardless of how terrible it was.

I just thank God I am not Bill Clinton, that would truly be a nightmare!

I would say that since he was president 6 years ago, it is time you let it go, and try thinking about the mess THIS president has gotten us into.
