do squatters rights still apply in oklahoma?

inherited property from wifes grandmother.he had grandmas ok and originally mine.upkeep of land he resides on is like a junkyard and wont pay any form of lot rent.hes been there like 20 years give or take.

If indeed they are abandoned then go to the tax map and find the owner (s) .. I'm sure abandoned they would be fairly cheap ...
