This is how I am trying to reconnect. I put out questions with my old signature(someguyonthestreet) that and using the same avatar may help especially if they search using google.

there is no way tell they have a new account and they reconnect you.

most likely they'll be back, don't worry! next time add them to messenger and get their email addresses! :)
