Why would you want to do this, get a divorce if you are going to fool around!!!

If you find for your true happiness outside your married life, Fix you relationship to break the knot, file devorce/annulment! Then you are free to whatever guy you look for. There are a hundred ways to have discreet affair!

then get divorced if you are married "in name only" - there is no reason to stay with the guy if you aren't in love with him...unless you are one of the types that uses people for thier money, then go ahead and have your affair, so that when he finds out he can leave you with nothing.
You honor your vows or you end them. Period - there is no "in name only" or leway to cheat.

If your marriage is over then get a divorce first, then you'll be free to sleep with whomever you choose. Don't cheat, that's just disgusting.

You don't your married, regardless in what way-whatever that means. You tell your husband its over, no getting back together then you have your "affair".!
