I can't. I've tried. It gets stuck in my throat and I can feel it. It's like a lump, just sitting there, choking me. And then if I try to swallow water after it takes ALOT to make me feel normal again...
I know people who can't swallow pills even with liquids. Maybe you have more saliva than normal, so pills are easier to go down.

Eventually you may wind up with a problem of your esophagus or with stomach ulcers , the reason you are suppose to take then with water is not only to help them go down but to dilute them so that they aren't caustic to your body.
