I'm 5'11 and a freshman in high school. I can dunk with a tennis ball and I bet a couple of friends that i would be able to dunk by sophomore year.

do alot of leg exercises, such as running up a steep hill, riding bikes up hill, squating, calf raises, anything to make your legs feel like jelly at the end of the day, i do 100 calf raises in the shower, which helped me dunk it when i was in the 8th grade, i was 6'0 tall.

Maybe next year, maybe never. It depends on how much more you grow and stronger you get.
There is a HUGE difference between dunking a tennis ball and basketball. Anyone with decent hops over 5"9 can dunk a tennis ball at your age. A real basketball takes significant increase in height reached, particularly if you cannot palm the basketball.
You can help your cause by getting a pair of strength shoes and doing jump training (box jumps, standing broad jumps, squats in the weight room).
Good luck.

WHITE MAN CANT JUMP! I cant dunk either! Try those special shoes that are guaranteed to increase your vertical leap by 6 inches. My cousin used them and was able to dunk at age 14 at about 5'7. They really work! Seriously. Good luck.

YES. have your trainer give you some strength exercises to help your jumping. Focus on the work and you will be there by 2008.
You may even dunk a turkey by Thyanksgiving

With proper training, 6 months from now you'll be delivering in-game dunks. Just remember you should also learn to shoot a jump shot.

Yeah probably in 1-2 years...you should be around 6'1" to dunk but I have seen guys who are like 5'7" that can dunk.

Most likely, but its probably a 10-foot hoop. My brother is a freshman and he's 6 feet, and he can't still dunk, so try and get another growth spurt, it'll help.
