Has anyone felt like this before this is my 3rd and i never felt like this with my other 2. I feel so nauseas everytime i eat, and even when i don't eat. I am tired everytime i lay down i want to fall asleep. The only thing that does not make me feel so sick is eating cereal do you think it is safe to eat cereal for breakfast and lunch and then try and eat dinner.

If you are feeling sick then the best thing for you to do is eat what your body can handle. if that means eating cereal for breaky and lunch then so be it. Its better than nothing.
About the bloating, I know how you feel. This is my second pregnancy and completely different from the first.
I wouldn't try and limit your weight gain, just know that a typical pregnancy is 1-2 pounds per week except in the last trimester which is around 1.

I'm 8 weeks and feel the same way. Cereal is what helps me too, I eat it all day long. My doctor said to keep down whatever I can. You may want to try mango. I bought some today, already cut up, and it has helped so much. It's not something I usually eat, but I'm sending my hubby out to get me some more.

yes, eat cereal all day but make sure u get your prenatal vitamin in. right now your baby is almost like a aprasite, leaching off of you and taking YOUR nutirents. so you're eatting good essentially for YOU, cause your baby is taking everything from you. I have the same problem. tirdness, morning, afternoon, and night sickness, bloated to the point that i look 20 weeks prego, and i'm only 10, etc.

I think that what you are going through is completely normal. I am 10 weeks pregnant with my first child and I feel the same way. About the cereal, I would ask my doctor.
GOOD LUCK

My doctor told me to eat whatever tasted good to me wether it be salad or French fries. So yes it is way better to eat what tastes good to you than eat something else and just get sick. Sorry i know how you feel i went through the same thing in the beginning but it gets better. Good luck:)
