i have no clue how to do this kind of a problem please help.

solve the following equation

6k=2/3 (5p-2)


and
3/4x + 1=4

how did you solve it?

well lets see if I remember how to do this because it is summer.....lol

Well I think the second problem is you subtract 1 from 4 and is 3
then you bring down the 3/4x=3 and you divide the 3/4x to 3 and I got x=9/4.........
I have no clue if it's right lol......but hey I tried



the first one I think you distribute 2/3 to (5p-2)
and bring down the 6k and work it out

the second problem is this
what added to 1 equals 4.... 3
so what do you do to 3/4x to make it 3
4 times what equals 1
4 * 1/4 = 1
so x equals 1/4
