Women and men are different. Always have been, always will be. Get over it. Having a child is a joy. Sure there is some pain involved but it is all worth it in the end.
Be happy that you've been blessed with a baby. Men will never get the opportunity to feel a baby move within them. Men will never get the opportunity to lock eyes with a child while they nurse. The benefits go on and on...
Enjoy it.

If he's in the same house, he also has to go through your morning sickness, fatigue, tiredness, constipation complaints and moodswings. That's how you get even.

Yes, I agree with you but this is what it means to be a women. I am 20 weeks and at the beginning I was sick as hell and my husband would make a big fuss when he had a little headache. Then I would tell him what I am going through then he would not even feel bad for me. He just didn't care.

You dont think it doesnt make him scared and sick of hearing you complain.............and your moodswings. ( Im sure mine did ) lol So he really isnt getting off easy.

Im sure he is out working and stressed out with the higher costs on the way,................

If your not working.... he is having to buy maturinity clothes and get ready for the childto be born im sure he is stressed out....

and moms get to see way more of the FIRST stuff that dads miss being at work,.... first smile, crawl, first pulling up, walking, rolling over... ect women have it way better. He also doesnt get the jpy of feeling the baby move, which is amazing !!!!!

Womens bodies are designed to have babies..... lets face it, it would kill a man !!!!!!!!!!! they are such babies just over the flu....

i definitely feel this way although it will soon pass remember he is the one that is supposed to fuss over you not you fussing over him and for that alone i would be glad and he also has to put up with the moodswings and you yelling at him when you are in labour so i think it is really 50/50
good luck with the babyxxx

I understand your frustration because after all, we as women are the ones that have the eggs in the first place and bear the responsibility of having to push that baby out. We are the ones that lose our figure and have to get it back. We nurse, and heal, and teach, and do everything else. Unfortunately, without your husband's little swimmers you would not even have your bundle or soon to be bundle of joy. Similar to bread needing yeast to rise. Remember it takes two to tangle, even if one is always leading.

ANd we moved 2 different times while ive been pregnant..and guess who didnt have to lift a finger?! That was awesome!!
thats the only good part about it...
try to enjoy not having to lift anything and when you drop stuff you wont have to pick it up..hehehe

The first few months are hard but then you get to enjoy feeling the baby move and having it be all yours in your belly. It is like your own private little secret in there. It is something pretty special that men don't get the privilage to experience.

Luckily, all your millions of ancestors evolved to have the mental and physical strength to do this, and you are the result.
Women are stronger than Men in every way (almost) and built to handle just about anything in life---they have had to.
Rejoice in all your perfection!
