I have answered this one many, many times. I am sorry to inform you that there is no such website. Furthermore, there is no quick and easy way to become an actor. You will have to go through all the crap as you call it and get an agent if you want to get into acting. It is very very hard and it takes a long, long time. Now that is the truth.

It doesn't work like that. An acting career is THE hardest thing in the world to get. You don't have any respect for what actors do. Just forget it. Find something else to do with your life.
