There really is no solution that will cost around $100. One option would be to build a 14" wall down from the opening and then use a 36" and a 48" bi-fold door. I did dome quick figuring and the total cost would be about $175. This would be a pretty simple weekend project. The $175 includes everything you would need including studs, drywall, joint compound, joint tape, screws, nails, doors, and paint semi-gloss for the doors and flat for the walls. Another thing to remember is that a 1/4" needs to be cut off both sides of each bi-fold door. Hope this helps.

Even the cheapest Masonite french doors custom made in that size will cost about $750. I would suggest using a folding room divider to close it up and give you the privacy/noise reduction you need to be productive. I purchased a really nice 80" x 80" divider for about $65 from the Christmas Tree Shops.........

Only thing other than major construction because of the size is a folding door . Hung from the ceiling and available in wood or plastic at you local hardware store

Check into pocket doors this would help to enclose and would slide in and out instead of swinging in or out.

you can either make some nice insulated curtains or maybe find some bi fold doors.
