Take lessons, look up some tips online.
Practice singing. Then practice more. Then some more.
And becoming famous is a matter of luck and little bit of talent. Just remember, being a TV/movie actress is one of the most grueling jobs out there. You also have to be good with dealing with rejection.

i am having the same problem...but i went to a dance studio where I took voice lessons and now im training to be an opera singer...keep practicing your voice! <3
