I have such problems putting on makeup because I'm Asian, but my mother is Caucasian and so are all of my friends, so I really have no one to ask for advice. My internet doesn't stream videos, so I can't look up those nice tutorials on YouTube either! Do you know of any tutorials with step-by-step instructions and pictures? Thank you very much!

Well on the Today Show they had an author come and show how to apply make up properly. You should get her book. She's a pro make up artist. Her book is called AsianFaces. I think.

Generally, using 1 color eye shadow w/ eyeliner & mascara is the easiest & most universally flattering design.
