Everything is pretty good, actually, unlike most of the people on yahoo answers. I would give Skarmory stealth rock and roost. And that rattata should have focus sash.

these pkm seem similar to marrilands especially the rattata. so not rly urs. lemme guess the rattata is called fear rite? u attach focus sash to it. then use endeavor and lastly quick attack

that is funny how rattata is lvl 1. i think you should switch some of gaarchomp and tyrannitar's attack .
