Will it take violence to end Affirmative Action?

Affirmative Action appeared after race riots in the late sixties. Will white males have to riot to end it?

I guess it's a good thing that the 30+ years of anti white male discrimination haven't damaged everyone's life as much as mine. On the other hand, LOLing about it makes me hope I can someday return the favor.

Violence on the part of a few extremist whites would not change anything (unless they nuke New York or something). If AA ends, it will probably be due to some sort of general economic disaster. Not something to wish for...

Clashes are most likely to occur not between blacks and whites, but blacks and Hispanics, in regions where they tend to compete for the same jobs and niches.

will white males expect the wifes and mothers and girlfriends to pack them up a lunch, as they go off to riot?
seriously, while affirmative action has given others a fighting chance, it hasnt guaranteed them jobs nor promotions
look at all the years, and still today, that white males kept women and minorities out of the workplace and elected offices
i am a white woman working in a predominately black workplace, and i will take all the perks i can! they dont distract from my performance on the job, which is excellent, yet it does give me added security , i am not employed due to affirmative action, but society action, while our culture now likes equal representation, or diversity, they still also in many areas favor whites over blacks, so i am the "white face" that represents that my company, our crew, is diversified,
i really dont think that white males want to start a riot about inequality, the response would be tremendous!

Could you measure the effectiveness of Affirmative Action among Lower class, Middle class, especially Upper Class?

How many minority become a billionaire in the past 30 years?

Why so many rich people is getting richer. On the other hand, why poor people is getting poorer?
