Increased cost of living, threat of hurricanes

Hurricane destroyed home

Property Taxes and Insurance cost more than Mortgage

Never learned Spanish

The average low in "winter" is 50 degrees

The average humidity in August andSeptember is 90%

Hurricanes, humidity, fear of old people, gator infestation, bugs you can ride, the Dolphins suck, the Devil Rays suck, took offense to Homer Simpson calling Florida "America's Wang," found out the USA has at least 25 better states to live in, etc.

They moved there in the first place because it was cheap and now it's not cheap anymore.

they would move out if they wanted to see snow every winter...also if they didnt like water all round them and if they just dont like sweltering heat and humidity all the time.

Too hot, surrounded by old people, bugs the size of birds, gangs of rouge gators, too humid, etc. etc.
