I want something like a small silver hoop earring with the dark ball on the bottom of it or something that seems cool for a guy (no diamond studs or ruby studs or anything like that becuz i dont want to act like a black poser.)

Lol. First you won't look like a black poser. Because alot of guys in my school have small studs or diamonds and i think they look fine. Second if you are looking for one try Hot Topic i bet they have a hoop with a black ball on the bottom of it. If not then try Wallmart. Hope i helped!

I think a small stud is the best way to go for a guy - not the huge ones which would make you a "poser" but a little one, a coloured jewel (turquiose is nice). If you want a hoop, try a very small silver one, the kind that hugs your ear lobe.
