a is true you can see them go up and down with time
b is false they do and it can be harnessed (although it isn't great)
c true it is between the sea and air
d false, tides are due to the moon waves are due to the wind, stormy weather, blowing across a liquid
e false tides create the mass movement of water, waves just go up and down, so no real net movement
