how do i get people to my website?

hi i have made a website called http://vampet02.forumsvibe.com/ it is a free forum website it is about runescape a mmo.i whant to get lots of people to come there but i dont know how i have sumited it to yahoo and ask. but it will take weeks to get it loaded.i need ways of geting people to come there any ideas?????
