Make that a double wide and supersize that would you?

If one must live in a trailer, it is much safer if the trailer is on cinder blocks with the tires partially touching the ground or cement slab. It would also help if the home is tied/anchored down properly.
Now, I saw a notation about this trailer being a double wide and supersized. Well, the same still goes, however with a double wide the tires are almost always removed. Even with that, on blocks and tied down is the absolute safest.

Depending on where you live (city/state/county) or depending on where the mobile home is located, leaving the wheels, axels, and/or tires on the home are sometimes considered illegal. I live in Ohio and in a mobile home park. Not sure if it's state, city, county law, or just the parks rule but we're not allowed to have wheels attached to the home underneath and if the axels are retractable, they have to be pulled up. I would assume that theres a reason for that. Also, in Ohio if you have a double wide mobile home or a modular parked on a private lot, it has to rest on a foundation of some sort. To answer your question, I would think that cinderblocks would be safer.

Cinderblocks. Its way safer so if your brakes dont work you wont have to worry about rolling out of control down a freeway.:)

See here I was thinking I was the king of the Box development with my double upright fridge box.
Now I'm shamed.
But back to the question I think the wheels is exotic .... a movable home .... but then again I could pick up my box and move it too .... still the round wheels still appeal to me.
