why do guild war ask for ur address?

i just bought guild war fraction, and then i was making my account it ask for my address. do i have to pay? is that why they want my address?

No. I've owned GWs for about 3 years now and it has always asked you about your adress. I'm assuming it is mostly for demographic reason, 'we have X people form this state' for instnace. It also may be used to confirm your credit card if you use the online store.

No they just need to know. they dont make you pay.
