What is the best, most well known hockey training camp that attracts the most scouts? Or at least one of the best? Can be absolutely anywhere in the world, but I've heard Canada has the best ones.

Scouts do not attend training camps because they are exactly for that - training. Most of the guys there will not make the team, or if it is just a skills / conditioning camp, it will be full of all skill level players - basically pay and you're in.
If you are just looking for a great training camp with a top notch reputation and pro instruction, the best one I know of is the Okanagan Hockey Schools in BC Canada.

I was an NHL scout a LONG LONG time.
I've never been to any training camps. In fact, a lot of Junior training camps are closed to scouts

I've heard of a goalie camp that most NHLers still go to that's being run by a former Russian goalie. Tretiak's, was it? I can't remember for the life of me right now.

Kettler Ice Plex in VA was rated the best training FACILITY and i know it has a camp so you might try it.
