If there is a hymen that has to be broken in order to the penis to be fully inserted in a woman's vagina then how come period blood is easily flowable from the uterus out of the body?

And are you aware if your hymen is already broken through bike riding or as such before you actually have intercourse?

Unless you have an imperforate hymen (a hymen with no hole in it) the hymen doesn't seal up the vagina, so period blood can still flow out. Girls who have an imperforate hymen nedd to have it surgically cut to allow the period to come out.

I partially tore my hymen when I was six - I fell of my bike.
I tore it the rest of the way when I was 10 - masturbating with a candle.

If you have a look at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hymen it'll tell you all about it - it even has a picture.

The hymen only partially covers the vaginal opening so blood can flow through.

Some women's hymens are already broken by other activities before intercourse, some are not and others were never born with a hymen.
