Yes, he would down load porn on the only computer the company had, so when you went on it all these perv pop ups would come up. It was a known threw out the company that he would bring in his "women" and do the nasty in our stock room. That was a few years ago. I heard his wife finally left him.

Three of them in a row, I began to think the Lord had it in for me , however, those bad bosses helped me learn about self-esteem issues, bullying in the workplace and gave me almost a decade's worth of writing for newspapers and online sites. Without them I probably would have never investigated those areas.

Not really. Most everybody I've worked with have been nice. I do always watch my back and probably don't trust like others do. But I call that protecting myself. For the most part, I've been lucky.

I had a boss who was the CEO's uncle and most of the time he was not in the office he expected me to report to him everything that went on during his absence from A to Z. He felt insecure when dept. heads commented on his missing in action and gave me alot of problems each time he came to the office. He wld be suspicious of me withholding info from him and accusing me with all sorts of things which stressed me out entirely. I did all the 'donkey's work' for him which didnt warrant his unresonable treatment.

One day i had a heart to heart talk with him. I told him that it was not my nature to keep assuring him abt my loyalty and if he didnt trust me enough but had to give me so much problems, and if it was impossible for him to work with me. I told him that he cld give me a low bonus or a minimal increment, was fine with me for i had a higher boss up there whom i was answerable to and whom wld give me greater rewards. I had planned to walk out on constructive dismissal but good enough for him, he realised his fault and from that day onwards, he was very nice to me. We had such a wonderful boss - staff relationship, He trusted me greatly and even wanted to join venture with me in biz when i left the company.

I believe in my capabilities and i work without fear or favor, be it with the boss or the owner of the company. As long as we know our work, we can put our two feet firmly on the ground, who can shake us huh?.... :)
