an agent like for acting, my mom is alowing me to go on and take my acting further, so how in the world do i find mangers, agents, auditons, in pennsylvania?

Go on line with, new england film.com, and click onto directory. If you dig deep enough you'll find that they have sister company's that may be in your area for casting and everything. You can find an agent there too. Good Luck and just keep following your dreams.
