Plan B won't do anything for you except give you another period after the 4 pills are taken. I have had the same problem ever since I was in the 6th grade. At first I had mine for a week then stop for a few days and start up again for as long as a month and stop and start it was a big mess. Finally I went to the dr and he put me on birth control and it worked. I was back on a regular schedule every 21-24 days I would have a period for 3-5 days and stopped when I started the new B/C pack. But when I got married at the age of 25 I stopped the pill. I was ok for about a year and then I got all messed up again. Now I have one every 3 months which I really don't mind. My dr told me that some of us girls are just on a different schedule than others. Don't be scared just go to a dr and chances are you just need to go back on the pill to get you back on track. Remember our bodies are all about hormones and thats what the pill is for they help regulate our hormone levels so that when we are on the "regular pill" days 1-21 the hormones in the pills are getting our body ready for a period and then when you stop days 22-28 thats when the hormone levels drop and you get a period then on day 29 you start a new pack and it just starts all over again Good Luck and dont be scared go see a dr you'll be fine. you can email me if you have any other questions or concerns I've been there and still am. oliverbootsie@yahoo.com

The plan be is ONLY used for emergency conceptive. If your periods are irregular and you are not a teenager (cause teenagers have irregular periods) then you need to see a doctor. Don't be scared.. its best to find out now then something bad happening later. He may just put you on the pill.
DON'T take the plan B pill unless you have had unprotected sex recently

I'm a little confused. Plan B is the morning after pill. You take it to prevent pregnancy if you've had unprotected sex the day before. You should just be on normal birth control pills. If you take birth control regularly, it will help you become consistant with your periods. Don't be afraid or embarassed to ask a doctor-they are there to help. Or try calling a planned parenthood and ask them over the phone.

No, because Plan B is a high dose of hormones to avoid a non wanted pregnancy and is used as an emergency contraception. To find out what is wrong, have a pelvic sonography and take it to a gyn. Maybe he or she will put you on daily birth control pills. That is the safest thing you can do and that will be a step to find a definite solution.

why are you scared of the doctor? Do the stir-ups creep you out?
tell me what's more creepy... not knowing what the hell is wrong with my body or having a doctor poke you a bit and then let you know how to fix it??
I mean really... Are you really going to rely and depend on people from the internet who have just an inkling of your situation instead of seeing a health care professional with at least 6 years of medical school behind them? Go to the doctor!!!!!!
If you've never seen a gynecologist before... you can't feel a thing. And about your "untouchables"... to the doctor it's all biology so (s)he could care less if one vuvla is purple and thick while the other is small and dinky. JUST GO!

Plan B is only for emergency contraception and is to be used within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. You should consult your OB/GYN or family doctor for more options into what is going on with your periods.

Plan B is an emergency contraceptive. I don't think that's what you need. I think you need to try drinking 8oz of soy milk a day and see if that helps.
Or go to the doctor. That's the person you need.
