Ihad a Miscarriage June 29th at 4weeks...I got pregnant again to my surprise in July...I’m 8 weeks now and yesterday I notice light pink discharge...I’m freaking out because I'm terrified of having another miscarriage...I wasn’t prepared to get pregnant again so soon but I still hope for a healthy baby and I'm scared I will go thought the same thing......

I only had the discharge for about 3 hours then it went away and I haven’t seen any today? Has this happened to anyone else?

Most of the time it is normal to have some light spotting during the first few months of pregnancy. I did. As long as you are not haveing any pain or bright red blood I feel you are okay. I would still check with my doctor though. Just to let them know. Best wishes and congratulations.

Yes! Blood-tinged discharge is very common during pregnancy and can be perfectly normal. If you notice more than a little bit of blood, then definitely go see your doctor. And if you are concerned still about what you saw, call your doctor and see if he/she would have you come in. Since you had a miscarriage, you will be considered somewhat high risk and your doctor should monitor you closely, which is good!

"What to Expect When You're Expecting" is a great book that I found very useful for all my pregnancy questions...lots of concerns and answers. You don't have to read the whole book, just the subjects you're curious about!

I would call your doctor to see what he says. Im sorry for your loss, I had 2 miscarriages, so I know what youre feeling. I hope everything works out.

As long as it wasn't bright red I wouldn't worry about it. If you have more report it to your OB who can do an ultrasound and check on baby.
