I dont. I read that if you hit the snooze button multiple times and fall back asleep, the sleep you get in that time period is not a restful sleep. So, it is better to just set your clock for the absolute latest time that you can wake up and get up then which allows you a more restful sleep.

Actually, I never hit the snooze button in the morning. I personally beleive if you set it for a certain time, then you should get up at that time. Now, I might lay in bed a couple more mintues after I turn the alarm off but I never hit the snooze button. If you don't want to get up early, then set it for just right before you HAVE to get up and you will be fine. I don't really understand people who can hit the snooze button 5 or 7 times in the morning and still fall back to sleep. Just get up on the first time or go to bed earlier.

As many times as possible. Some mornings, I begin rationalizing with myself ("Okay, if I don't shower, brush my teeth in the car, and wear the clothes I passed out in, I can hit snooze two more times ... ")
