I really want another baby. Pray I get preggo!!!!

When sex is timed perfectly you have a 25% chance of conceiving. This is due to the low quality of our eggs, so that not all can fertilize and implant successfully. Hopefully you had sex within the few days before you ovulated too, so that there was sperm up there waiting for the egg. Good luck.
