Yes, however you have to be very careful of two things :
1) what is the audition for? If it's for a Shakespeare, musical, summer stock, etc, then no, use material from a published play or musical. If the audition is for, say, a teen acting troupe or admission to an acting school or honors class, ok, BUT
2) be careful the material you choose. Holden tends to throw the word "goddamn" around a lot (one of the reasons it's banned in places)

It is always better to use a speech from a play.
