The essay topic is "Why History"
I kno, weird right, anyways I was wondering what you would write about for this paper.

Why do we have to learn about history if it has already happened? Talk about why things in the past are important today and what we can learn from past generations. Can history change things or influence problems today?

Approach the essay as if you thought of this topic.
Why HIStory and not HERstory?
You can certainly write about ton of women who have done something worthy enough to go down in HERstory instead of HIStory.

history tells us where we have been, and helps us know our past. It defines who we are.
