its about a women living in a infeasted coach roach apartment with more then 50 cats...
my thoughts 1 how can anyone live like this! and 2 how did the manager of the apartments not notice this??

One thought is if this is an apartment you know all the apartments has roaches... how did the landlord just ignore the roaches?......Was the cats mistreated?..Was they well taken care of?.....Or was the cats playmates for the roaches....sorry had to say it......
To me it sounds like a lonely elderly person that looked at the cats as his/her children....sometimes the elderly seem to not look at them mistreated (if they was)....but if it was an elderly apartment a concern should be why did the landlord let people live in roach apartments....not healthy for a human more less a cat. If the landlord didn't care about roaches then I'm sure he didn't have issues with the cats.....
