i started my peroid yesterday but i want to be off of it by friday. is there anyway i can make it end faster then just sitting around waiting for it to end?

Unfortunately, without the birth control pill, there's no way to shorten your period.
If this is a problem for you- you may want to think about being put on the pill that only gives you 4 periods a year. There's no medical reason why women should have a period except for peace of mind.

No, I don't think so, Your period will not end by Friday. It is Mother Nature. Many women and girls do get period. You will live goes alone.
