I know that protamines are small, arginine-rich, nuclear proteins that replace histones late in the haploid phase of spermatogenesis and are believed essential for sperm head condensation and DNA stabilization, as for the chemical structure: There is not one available. Could you be asking for something else?

I agree with Pureology and Aveda, but personally, I find them to be way too expensive, with Pureology being about as high end as it gets (with Kerastase and Sisley). A cheaper alternative would be Burt's Bees. They have tons of formulas, and even tell how much % natural the products are on them.
