First question: Will two males get along in a 5'x4' tank? I know they'll fight a bit for dominance, but I talked to a breeder and he said he has no trouble with his males and they only fight over females.

Second, we can't get him to eat and when we rub his mouth and head, he doesn't open his mouth like most dragons do. Is he just scared?

maybe he's bored of the food your giving him, so try giving him new food, first let the dragon get hungry, leave it for about 2 days. and 2 male lizard might get along, sometimes they might be fighting for food, space, ect., when t hey fight, separate them

How long have you had him? It could take awhile for him to settle in, and he may not eat for up to a week. Two males are not recommended--one will usually end up dominating the other. Do you have a large tall cage? Make sure no rough surfaces as they tend to rub their noses raw. A heat basking lamp at the correct temperature? UVB lights on all day and changed every 6 months? A large pool of water kept spotlessly clean? Here are my favorite WD sites for good info:
