I need Guild Wars add-ons. Or Free Private Servers.?

There are no private servers for GW. If you want to play the game you'll need to buy it. GW is very cheap compared to most MMO games. You can probably pick up a copy now at Gamestop or Amazon or places like that for around $30.

No monthly fees and no more fees ever.

If you can't afford that then you need to find a different game.
