It is some kind of trail mix with raisins, chocolate, nuts and a bunch of other stuff that will catch between your teeth or stick on your teeth while you are walking outside with no access to a toothbrush.
The idea is to undo the positive physical health aspects of walking outside while giving you serious dental problems.
Each of the letters of this acronym is an initial letter in a phrase like "Sticky Crap Rotting Out Gums Gonna Initiate Nausea"
