You cannot "manually" remove it. The Top Speed Limit is a programmed value in the PCM, not a chip or module just chilling out in the engine bay. You can get a power programmer from a company like Hypertech and change the value for the top speed limiter. If you program out the speed limiter, make sure you have tires that are rated for higher speeds installed on your vehicle.

few options, find a speed shop and tell them your turning it into a track car. Physically remove the Govenor (some vehicles have more than one) or for around $300 you can get a hypertech/jet chip and reprogram your car's computer. Also you can usually get some extra horses and torque out of them

u cant u have to manually remove it i did it on a golf cart
