For the same reason that the Sun appears orange or even red at sunset. Because it is near the horizon and light from it has to travel a longer path through the atmosphere which scatters away much of the blue light to other parts of the sky (which is the reason the sky looks blue).

The moon appears different colors because of various gases in the atmosphere. Orange gas, orange moon. It changes when the gases change.

Beacaus of the pollutions and gasses in the atmosphere. also when it is near the horison its` light should travel among more air and also more pollution in atmosphere.
