James Fisk is the discredited creator of the first steam-powered robot, which was first activiated in 1873 near Humberton, PA. It was James who developed the unusual water-based artificial intelligent "aquascoptico" engine that gave this steam-powered robot the ability to process dozens of processes while at the same time being able to press and fold the laundry for the Fisk household.
