If he's serious he should probably get an agent. That would be the best bet, because they would really train him and prepare him.
p.s: I don't think you can audition for Disney Channel unless you live in L.A. or something!

go to LA and if they have an open call, he just shows up, but you know what, they are not going to cast a nobody with no experience, so really your little brother needs to go back to reality and forget it. Sorry, Doc
