Either learn how to use an ohmmeter or replace the fuse with a 12 volt light bulb. The bulb will glow as long as the short is there and restrict the current enough to protect the circuit. Then you can use the glowing bulb to run down the short.

Does that fuse run anything else. If not then the short has to be between the window switch and the fuse box because there is no power to the window until you push the switch. As someone already suggested open the door and check by the rubber boot that connects from the door to the car for a shorted wire.

The fuse is blowing because there is a short in your electrical wiring in that circuit. You will need to find the problem and repair it! Look for broken or frayed wires where the harness enters the door and the car body, as that is a common place for trouble. It could also be a problem with the switch.

You may need to take the car to an auto electrical specialist to have the repair done.

there is a short in that door someplace, you will have to tear the door panel off and look at all the wiring inside the door to see if one is frayed and rubbing against metal someplace and check real good where the wires come from the car body through the door, a lot of times wires get pinched there. Make sure your window motor isn't causing the fuse to blow also.

You need to find out what is causing your fuses to blow. Something is causing an excessive current draw, popping your fuse, so all your wire don't melt down. You need to find out what that is and fix it.
BTW, there's a tool for that. Basically it's a fast automatic resetting circuit breaker and a compass
