No dear. Your height and your natural breast size are both dictated by your genes. Neither would have a detrimental effect on the other. I have not heard of any studies showing that plastic surgery to enhance breast size affects growth. Probably because no reputable doctor would perform this surgery on an adolescent.

Breast, no matter how big, cannot stunt your growth. Even if they are heavy, they are not weighing your body down to slow or stop your growth.
Stunted growth happens by bad genetics, disease, or even certain accidents.

no I have a sister who is 5'9 and has very large breast and they are real and she has grown just fine , if I was you I would tell you informer that he/she does not know what they are talking about ! you growth has nothing to do with how big your Breast are !
